General Information

• The course categories complete a skills course, aiming to collect as few penalty points as possible.
• During the course races, the elements may no longer be trained.
• The course elements can only be trained during the times listed below.

Ranking Order

• The course categories are scored by category and gender.
• The rider with the fewest penalty points wins.
• If two riders have the same number of penalty points, the rider with the shorter race time wins.
